missingWrote a review on 09 Sept
The hotel sits at the top of a hill, making the walk up from the station a steep climb that could be a workout. My air-conditioning was broken the first night, which made for a pretty uncomfortable evening—sleep was hard to come by. Traffic noise is consistent, especially given the hotel's location near a busy road junction. There were design quirks like no closet, just hooks on the wall, and the bathroom had a cracked tile that might catch your eye. The tub lacked safety bars, which could be an issue for some. there’s no phone in the room. calling for local services becomes a bit of a hassle.

Charming Stay with a Touch of Convenience
We enjoyed a delightful three-night stay in a Standard Double Room. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. A small tip, request a room lower down if you prefer to avoid the stairs, a lift would make this perfect!

missingWrote a review on 01 Julcharming decorpublic transportlack of elevators
The rooms sport charming decor reminiscent of a cozy, vintage atmosphere. Proximity to public transport makes getting around a breeze, with easy access to local attractions fueling your adventures.
Navigating the property involves a lot of stairs, which can be a hassle if you've got heavy luggage. The TV setup leaves something to be desired, as there's no clear information on channels, making it a gamble during down time. A mini fridge would have added convenience for keeping drinks cold in the room.

The location was fantastic, with lots of cafes and shops just a short walk away. The food I tried was excellent, especially the breakfast, which was a great start to the day. While the room was a bit on the small side and could use a few more amenities, it was clean and had a nice atmosphere to it. I would have appreciated having a mini fridge, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The food scene around Westow House is spot-on—make sure to check out Joanna's for a cozy bite or Crystal Palace for tasty kebabs! My Standard Double Room was a quiet retreat, and the staff whipped up a decent breakfast to start the day right.
The only hiccup was the cold room on arrival, but they quickly sorted me out with a warm alternative. A few extra perks like a mini fridge or coffee machine would have been nice, though.
